Aaron Pitre,

Executive Vice President

With over 15 years’ experience in the property management industry, Aaron has acquired significant experience in managing Conventional/Market Rate Communities, Student Housing, and Affordable Housing properties including Section 8, LIHTC, Bond, SAIL and RD Programs.

 

Aarons focus is to drive consistent results ensuring each asset meet physical and financial performance objectives, while creating radiant places to live with positive customer experience for long term success.

Tamika Snyder Hill, Regional Vice President

Tamika started her career in property management in 2009 exceling to multiple roles throughout her tenure. In her role as a Regional Vice President, Tamika will focus on the regionals that roll up to her and the success of their communities and teams. She will lend her expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry.

 

Tamika’s goal is to be a resource and offer support to my team while evolving and develop strong relationships that will contribute to the overall success.

Jessica Warren, Regional Property Manager

Jessica brings a unique ability to build solid and sustainable teams, and possesses strong, local expertise. 

 

Jessica has over a decade of experience in the apartment community industry, and lives by her motto, "No day is ever the same day."

Kristen Ellison, Regional Property Manager

Kristen is a seasoned professional with 10 plus years of experience in property management. As Regional Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is committed to driving growth, maximizing resident satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results, ensuring that our teams continue to thrive. Her strategic vision and leadership will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams towards continued success.

Ashley Freitag, District Manager - Houston

Ashley brings almost two decades of experience in the multifamily industry. She initially started with Radiance Living in 2021 and has managed 3 communities before being promoted to District Manager in 2023. Her passion is maximizing underperforming properties up to their potential. She is a strong leader in the industry with a reputation for helping others grow and exceed personal and professional goals.

Ashley oversees a portion of the Houston, Texas, region. Ashley excels in property value adds, such as interior renovations, exterior renovations, and amenity additions. She believes in teamwork and lifting her team members and strives to train and promote within the company.

Jamie Sanchez, Regional Maintenance Director

Jamie Sanchez joined Radiance Living in 2020 as a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston, Texas and had since been promoted into his current role as Regional Maintenance Director. A native of Houston, Texas. Jamie has worked in multifamily industry for more than 26 years.
 
Jamie is responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Supervisors in Texas as well as ensuring that the physical condition, appearance, and capital needs of the apartment communities is achieved. He is currently pursuing his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation through the National Apartment Association.

Danyell Wilkerson, Director of Capital Improvement

Danyell brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily with a wide range of industry knowledge to the Radiance team. Starting out as a leasing agent in 2002, Danyell worked her way up through the multifamily ladder on both the management and vendor side of the industry, achieving the Certified Apartment Supplier(CAS) designation in 2019.

 

As Director of Capital Improvements, Danyell is responsible for overseeing all capital projects across our portfolio.

Ester Rios, Property Administrator

Ester started her Multifamily career with Radiance Living initially as an on-site leasing professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions, which led her to her current role as the Property Administrator. 

 

Ester is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, creating client-facing content, and presenting it in a compelling way. She works with the onsite teams creating the strategy to maximize performance results for our assets

Chelsea Wallace, Property Accountant

Chelsea brings over 10 years of accounting experience in the Commercial and Multifamily industries. Chelsea is a 2015 graduate  from Prairie View A&M University with her Masters of Science in Accounting.

 

She has a proven ability to efficiently and effectively support her teammates in all aspects of accounting.
